Citations I can understand, but notices seems a bit much.
From a funnel's perspective there are:
Notices - not severe and relatively common
Citations - usually after someone already received a notice or did something they knew they shouldn't have. Less common than notices.
Bans - whether temp or perma, the most severe and rarest.

Colored it like gaming loot to make my point.
It makes more sense to post citations and bans rather than notices and bans in my opinion.


Anyways, I'm curious to see how it goes.
