The providers ("we", "us", "our") of the service provided by this web site ("Service") are not responsible for any user-generated content and accounts. Content submitted express the views of their author only.

This Service is only available to users who are at least 18 years old. If you are younger than this, please do not register for this Service. If you register for this Service, you represent that you are this age or older.

All content you submit, upload, or otherwise make available to the Service ("Content") may be reviewed by staff members. All Content you submit or upload may be sent to third-party verification services (including, but not limited to, spam prevention services). Do not submit any Content that you consider to be private or confidential.

You agree to not use the Service to submit or link to any Content which is defamatory, abusive, hateful, threatening, spam or spam-like, likely to offend, contains adult or objectionable content, contains personal information of others, risks copyright infringement, encourages unlawful activity, or otherwise violates any laws. You are entirely responsible for the content of, and any harm resulting from, that Content or your conduct.

We may remove or modify any Content submitted at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Requests for Content to be removed or modified will be undertaken only at our discretion. We may terminate your access to all or any part of the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

You are granting us with a non-exclusive, permanent, irrevocable, unlimited license to use, publish, or re-publish your Content in connection with the Service. You retain copyright over the Content.

These terms may be changed at any time without notice.

1. User-Generated Content

Members are solely responsible for the content they submit. Content must not be defamatory, abusive, hateful, threatening, spam-like, offensive, contain adult or objectionable material, disclose personal information of others, infringe upon copyrights, encourage unlawful activities, or violate any applicable laws. All content may be reviewed by staff and may be sent to third-party verification services.

All content on the public forums must be in English. However, members are free to write in another language over the direct messaging system or in a private section like the Sapphire Section.

2. Prohibited Content and Activities

The following content and activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Illegal Activities: Engaging in or promoting hacking, identity theft, carding, pharmaceutical scams, cookie stuffing involving fraud, and similar activities.
  • Fraudulent Schemes: Participation in Ponzi schemes, cash gifting, spamming techniques, CPA fraud schemes, and related activities.
  • Unauthorized Transactions: Currency exchanges (e.g., PayPal to cryptocurrency), buying or selling CPA accounts, Social Security Numbers, fake identities, and unauthorized advertising or solicitation, including via direct messaging.
  • Malicious Software: Distribution or discussion of malicious software and hacking tools, such as viruses, bots, and worms.
  • Forum Abuse: Inflating post counts through non-substantive posts and misusing forum tools to exploit functionality.
  • Hate Speech and Harassment: Any form of hate speech or harassment based on religion, gender, race, etc.
  • Illegal Goods or Services: Promotion or sale of illegal goods or services.
  • Adult Content: Posting adult photos and videos, including OnlyFans leaks, to maintain a safe-for-work environment.
  • Deceptive Practices: Fake or misleading testimonials and reviews, as well as bait-and-switch marketing tactics.
  • Intellectual Property Violations: Using or promoting pirated software, images, videos, or selling stolen intellectual property.
  • Data Scraping and Harvesting: Using bots to scrape data from websites or social media platforms without permission and harvesting personal information for spam or sale.
  • Exploitative Tactics: Engaging in phishing, ransomware, or other forms of social engineering, as well as promoting "scareware" or deceptive software.
  • Cookie Stuffing: Discussions or activities related to cookie stuffing, including posting scripts or tools related to cookie stuffing or offering related advice.

3. Discussion Restrictions

  • Religious and Political Discussions: Prohibited outside of designated areas due to their sensitive nature.
  • Hacking: Discussions and requests related to hacking are strictly forbidden.

4. User Conduct

  • Avatars: Must not contain discriminatory or suggestive imagery.
  • Signatures: Signature privileges are granted to members with Sapphire Status, Founding Members, Moderators, and Administrators. Registered users are currently allowed a limited signature trial: up to 3 lines of text, with no links or images. Signature limitations are automatically enforced and include:
    • Maximum 3 lines of text OR 1 image (max size: 700px wide × 100px tall, automatically resized if larger)
    • Maximum 3 links
    • Maximum text size: 4 (default)
    Image signatures are viewable only on desktop. All signatures must comply with the forum's content rules. VIPs and Founding Members may receive extended privileges.
  • Contests: Organizing contests without prior approval from an administrator is prohibited.
  • Moderator and Member Abuse: Personal attacks against moderators or members, including doxxing or abusive language, are not tolerated.

5. Marketplace Guidelines

All sales activities must be conducted within 'The Trading Post' section. Selling outside of this designated area is prohibited. Any form of scamming is strictly forbidden.

6. Account Usage

While multiple accounts are permitted, using them to violate any site rules is not allowed. If one of your accounts is banned, all linked accounts may also be banned.

7. Enforcement and Compliance

Violations of these rules may result in content removal, warnings, suspension, or banning from the community, at the discretion of the moderation team.

These terms and rules are designed to maintain the integrity and safety of the Office Outlaw community. Members are encouraged to familiarize themselves with these guidelines and adhere to them to ensure a positive experience for all.
