This one should be sorted now. There was a small issue with how some confirmation links were being handled in SG but it’s been picked up and should be working properly for all new emails received from now on. Will mark as resolved but please reply or flag up if any other problems arise.

Thanks for your patience - there was a slight glitch with SG but I've tested it and it *should* be resolved now. With that said, I'll mark the thread as resolved but if you get any further occurrences, please reply here and we'll reopen the issue!

Quick update: SMTP service has been updated but it looks like we're still getting some delays. It's being worked on - will update once we've isolated the issue. In the meantime, if anyone that has had a big delay can send me a PM with the email header details, what the notification was and...
