In my experience, SEMrush is usually decent for spotting trends and comparing sites against each other, but I wouldn't trust the absolute traffic numbers too much. For larger sites, the estimates are often in the right ballpark. For smaller or niche sites, they can be way off.

Back in the day, there were some domains you could get for free. However, they were only free for one year, and the renewal fees were very expensive. That's how they made their money. The hosting provider was called Freenom. After checking, it seems they have changed their business model.

It depends on the day and how I'm feeling. Sometimes it's just 1,500 calories a day; sometimes it's 3,000. But in general, it's around 2,000.
