Help me on this Experts,

I have created a GMB profile for my local client - Home & Health Care Services.

After Sucessful verification, I have added mobile number, It shows pending for 3 days. After some time, it was rejected.

Again Same process. Then, I have appealed for it and upload necessary documents with mobile number.

Now, It's showing like Pending for 30 days.

Can anyone face issues like this?

Adding Mobile Number takes this long?

If not added after 30 days. What to do next?

Already Profile is live and got reviews too.

Just Mobile number is not Verified. Okay, I will wait for 30 days?

I have the same experience with updating the new mobile number with my client GMB., Usually, intimate to wait for 72 hours.

This issue was not resolved over the period, so I used the Help and Support option to request the complaint. After a few hours, it's resolved.
 
1.Is the number you added also visible on the site?
2. Try to have the client add it and not you, assuming it's linked to his Google account.
 
1. Visible only for owner account, Not Showing to others on Maps location.
2. Yeah, i'm doing it with the client Google account only.
