fun fact
when i was younger, late teens
i would go casino often with my friends
and watch them gamble everything away
they never won decently once. :whistle:

I used to pay my rent with winnings from Texas Hold 'em at the nearest casino like 13 years ago. I won't try to convince anyone that poker isn't gambling, but it is the one betting game that can be beaten with skill.

I don't go to the casino anymore, but I will play an $8 tournament online about once per month, hoping to cash for a couple hundred bucks.

I just really enjoy the game, win or lose.

If you gamble and lose, you lose 100% of your money.
But if you gamble and win, you win 500%, 1000%, or 2000% of your money.
