Okay, so this was running on music videos (I'm using YouTube Music):
If you actually follow the link it points to their Facebook fanpage. So they get views on this music video and followers on fanpage that they can market to later. Their fanpage has their website listed which points to their YouTube livestreams. It seems that they are not running Facebook Ads right now so their followers are actually from Google Ads
