Here as well. , but you can't see those people..just keep doing volunteer works like report rule breaking posts, help contribute the forum with useful answers, etc.

One-day you will become volunteer mod..

Currently, there is no MOD applications. Maybe in the near future. .

they will hire them as well, but at this stage, the founding team is sufficient.

I see more thinking make it easier for you all work wise if you got help every so often or so.

I'd say Zwie alone could moderate this forum, 300 members y'know what I mean poley

Yes but I still think support could be useful for them.

For example I helped like month ago I helped a retire person complete her Solar panel signing up stuff nothing major but help either way

Not bothered. It was fun or interesting I like contact law for why took it in university plus easy to pass for me.

We have an existing moderation team here: 5 admins (one of which we’re training), 3 regular moderators (excluding that Trading Post account), and 5 mods who are currently being trained. You can view the current staff here: https://officeoutlaw.com/members/?key=staff_members

We haven’t put the staff application form up as we currently have a fairly large team already given the size of this forum. I also still need to work on the internal moderation procedures for this forum so that actions are done consistently, although this can take me a while to write up. The one I made for the last forum back in 2018 took me several months as it was over 30 chapters long when I finished it as there’s a lot to go over.

One thing to note is that many of the mods on this team are existing members of the community who wish to stay anonymous for now.
