Pre-COVID
I was honestly thinking of settling down with a B&M Business.
A little cafe somewhere in town.
As long as it made some profits it would have been great and fine.

However, post-COVID, those plans didn't really align anymore.
Family circumstances changed and kinda scrapped it.
Since then, haven't really thought of opening a b&m business. Probably maybe honestly won't.

What about you guys?
Any offline businesses you would want to start?

Yes, but not in particular a Brick and Mortar business. AI continues to develop and will do a lot of the hard work on the internet, such as programming, content writing etc. - While it still is not perfect and most likely won't be for a long time it does not mean that it already replaced people.

So if I would open a offline business, I would look for things that actually cannot be replaced easily with AI:

- Skilled Craftsmanship (Handmade things)
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Mechanics
- Carpentry Work
- Flower Shops
- Therapists & Psychologists
- Social Workers
- much more

While AI certainly can assist those jobs, it won't replace them for the time being as some jobs require a human touch in order to function.
