What Are Your Biggest Issues with Internet Marketing?

For me, it’s getting quality traffic that converts. Tried SEO and ads, but bot traffic ruins the data. I'm also not a fan of social media, but it’s kind of a necessity. And yeah, dealing with clients who flip after the work’s done — super frustrating. Glad to see I’m not the only one facing this stuff.

Hello everyone,

Let's be real, Internet Marketing can be frustrating. So I wanted to throw this question out to the community.

Are you struggling with:
  • Getting traffic
  • SEO
  • Paid ads
  • Monetization
  • Email marketing
  • Other..?
I’d love to hear what’s your biggest problem with Internet Marketing is. Maybe we can even help each other find some solutions.

For me, the biggest issue is figuring out how to monetize the traffic the right way. Getting people to visit is one thing, but actually turning that into revenue? It sometimes is way trickier than it sounds. Now.. what's yours?
For me, there’s always been an aspect of internet marketing that I feel requires you to be misleading if you want to actually compete.

For instance, when I offered SEO services locally, it was difficult to compete with the other local SEO businesses who were advertising themselves as being “Google approved” and using the Google AdWords certificate as “proof” of that.

The people around where I live fall for that kind of stuff, and I’ve always been unwilling to pull those kind of stunts. It’s always meant that I get a lot less business, but at the same time, it’s always led me to some very nice opportunities and I find that I usually end up working with higher quality clients as a result, so I don’t regret it.

SEO has become nigh impossible to he a generic expert at. Every major topic/niche appears has it’s own set of criteria and ranking factors now and a lot of them can be too volatile to make much of in my experience.

Sometimes it feels like the barrier of entry is really high these days and it’s oversaturated. I hear stories about people doing this in 2009 making a killing and now everything feels so strict and hard.

Mostly life and the mental game. I don't think I'm so bad at using a PC that I can't physically do the work, it's just actually making it work.

I think my biggest issue is that alot of customers feel like they just want to rip you off. You see it with fake returns all the time or fake chargebacks. Then because Paypal and other places like to side with the customer these people get away with scamming merchants.

This. People don't talk enough about that. Instead they give advice on how to kiss your customer's ass.

What are you selling?

Digital product?

Balancing quality and cost. Customers often expect premium results on very low budgets, like Website Design, PBN, Guest Posts, and Yelp Elite Reviews

Honestly they do anyone who ever done ecommerce or just sold on Ebay knows that story well.

Paypal or Stripe will often side with the customer even if they are in the wrong or doing crime when I used to do it a lot I had to phone up Paypal often get it resolved on the phone or provide prove to them I had delivered the stuff .
