This is a solid list, and definitely going to put this into action on my new site to see how well it ranks. There's some part's that I've foolishly overlooked on previous sites.

One thing I don't agree on though is on step 12 where he suggests removing "in my opinion" and the like. I would have thought that Google would want a personal opinion in a review since this sets it apart from some of the shit that's just regurgitated from a product description.

Agreed. The way that I look at it is that even if you had to implement his suggestions, it isn't going to negatively impact the site.

Koray is the Godfather of modern Semantic SEO, I am a big fan of the guy and I follow a couple of his best students that have gone to do amazing things as well.
