What is swiftresolve.io?​

SwiftResolve is a software platform designed to help local businesses automate their review collection process.

The goal is to simplify how businesses follow up with customers, encouraging more 5-star reviews and boosting their online reputation—all with minimal manual effort.

What will be updated in this thread ?​


I will try to update on all the pitfalls I have had while building this SAAS ( Software As A Service), so you hopefully do not have to experience when building something yourself.

(NOTE: your learn from your fuck ups, perhaps not the first time but eventually!!)


Development started July 15th, 2025.
Soft release August 19th, 2025.
Start promotion August 28th, 2025.

Wasted 2 hours on Monday because I forgot that siteground was also caching the site..

  • page insight works on mobile !
  • page insight broken on desktop changed prerender.io settings will hopefully be fixed on next cache.
  • Webhook is working in Development ( will be pushed out Wednesday)

Production webhook is working!
Just have to push to the site, but still working on a few things like the amount of plans I have
Probably going to cut the "Scale" plan for now since it doesn't make much sense to have both "Growth" and "Scale" as there is not much difference!

Pushed webhooks to live server.

Users got 3 choices
  • Import clients
  • Import clients and Send Review request instantly
  • Import clients and Schedule Review Request ( between 1 -21 days in the future).

Import clients and Send review instantly is currently not working, backend needs to be updated 🙃, couldn't piggy back on the current Send function.

But then again it would be more manageable for future changes imo.( different webhooks and logic)
 

Update:


  • Removed "scale" plan, there was not much of a difference between Growth and Scale
  • Affiliate Commission have been increased to 70%
  • Webhooks added for Basic plan

Working on

  • Stripe Discounts are not working as intended, somewhere along the line Stripe discounts have stopped working, either manual or automated. Checkout does work!!
 
Looks like the prerender/cloudflare setup is working as Google has started indexing, Rankings just suck!

Update


  • Updated webhook for error handling and first payload ( woocommerce specifically)
  • Solved an obscure problem with data handling that requires a "wait" interval.
Currently promoting the launch anywhere and everywhere for Friday.

Additionally, I'm developing sentiment-based review management. Instead of directing all customers straight to platforms like Yelp, TrustPilot, or Google, they first arrive on a dedicated landing page. Based on their interactions and feedback, they are either guided to leave a review elsewhere or provide immediate insights directly to the business owner. <<-- Believe this is the feature Roydan wanted.
