More emails send out.

Started work on agency mode ? No idea what to call it.

What that means is that you can have multiple subaccounts under 1 dashboard. Business location A, business location B etc.

Or just as an agency have your Clients under 1 management dashboard.

No clue how I will go about completely whistling though. All webhooks and Feedback pages still points at swiftresolve.

Perhaps it can be just be left at that ??

Pushed out subaccounts in the Scale plan, need to rework thr dashboard to make it function properly on the front end.

Marketing automation:

Currently tly doing cold email semi automatic and other things like LinkedIn and Reddit manual.

It is getting tedious to manually do it, so going to automate that.

Push everything on Google drive + spreadsheets and from there automate posting for X, Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok, Linkedin, and Reddit.

I think creating content will take about 2-3 hours a week if made in bulk and by automating posting I save probably about 6 hours.

The weekend was not as work intensive as I had hoped, but I got some work done.

The following has been added or automated:

• Cold email ( triggers every 2,5,7 days
• Automated Youtube and Reddit
• Have started creating content for socials ( semi automatic)
• Started building Digital marketing agency outreach list ( as suggested by @roydan here)
• Bugfixed a few issues with sub accounts, work continues this week.

Looking into automating the other with upload post or something else.

Lost some initial position on Google ranking, ( was high 70s anyway).


Need to find or build a better emails scraper..

Currently scraping Google maps for businesses but 90% do not have an email address.

Semi automated video creation for TT, YT, IG.

My cold email flow, currently doing 300 emails per day from various sources ( google, Yelp, Trustpilot)
