Once here or there is fine, but a series of mundane comments on threads with the last comment is 2 months old should be considered a violation of rule 1.4:

1.4 Rules Against Spam

Posting nonsensical or spammy messages (e.g., repeated gibberish) or copy/pasting AI-generated answers in an egregious way is not allowed. Using AI for research, grammar cleanup, or writing support is permitted when used responsibly.

Out of curiosity, has this already happened here, or is this an issue you anticipate happening here in the future?

Adding it to rule 1.4 would definitely work.

I'm going to go ahead and refine the rules on spam to include bumping for the sake of increasing message count or to get stars.
