In the fields, I came across a unique method that some people use to get others banned on Reddit.

It's a simple method that takes advantage of just how bad moderators are on Reddit.

How Anyone Can Get You Banned On Reddit
I've made this an easy 3 step process.

Step 1: Use a Reddit DM service that allows you to send thousands of DMs out. These run about $20-$30 for 1,000 DMs. I don't have any recommendations so you'll need to find this yourself, soldier.
Step 2: Send about 2k-3k DMs saying something like "I saw you looking for (insert service here. Some TOS violating service). I can help you with that and provide it, just DM my main Reddit account here: (insert username as "u/username" here)".
Step 3: Wait a few days and see if the account gets banned.

I won't deny it, this has been both done to me and I've done it to others. You'll know when it's done to you because you'll get banned for "spamming the site".

Reddit doesn't play around with spam but like all these social sites their moderation doesn't actually have the ability to tell when there's foul play involved. You're just a number to them and there's no real loss to them if they take a chance and cull one possibly problematic user... they've got thousands of other contributors anyway.

Skipper OUT.

I read about this kind of thing happening before.

It's hard to believe it's that easy to do. That's why you've got to be careful about who you piss off online.

Reddit has been a cesspool of circle jerk online behavior for years.

Anything a moderator reports you for, you'll catch a warning or ban for.

The appeal process is a joke and handled via some bot.

So, if it is this easy, that wouldn't surprise me.

Whoooooa nice one! Fire share for sure!

Mods on some subs also all have their own agendas and weird personal beliefs that cause them to warn and ban for random shit.

omg I didn't know it was that easy for someone to do that to your Reddit account!

Imagine putting in all those hours as a real user only to get banned just like that. :(

Just goes to show that you shouldn't care too much about social accounts. Here one day gone the next!

That's why it's super important to build an email list

It’s weird for them to do that on Reddit when they accuse other platforms of doing it to them.

Not very Cash Money of them.
