Sports 4kg Gone, 4kg Left… FitFam?

5 hour walk around the city every few days and skipping things like some meat in favor of something like vegetables or something I want to taste. If I ate meat, I would stlll be tempted to eat the tasty thing, so two things would be eaten instead of one only increasing calorie count above or close to limit.

Don't bother with keto. The effort is huge. The lack of insulin spikes reduction effect on weight loss is modest at best.

I use nicotine pouches to reduce appetite. It's a psychoactive substance too which I like. It works as a nootropic. Easy to get addicted, so I don't recommend, but you can try.

Oh you know, I walked around my hometown few months ago for about 4 hours on a Sunday and it was really nice.

I didn’t even do it for fitness per se. It’s just something I enjoy doing spontaneously sometimes : )

There’s this thrill I get from those kinds of walks… seeing strangers and random faces you’ll probably never see again but still remember on a random day without knowing exactly where you even saw that face.

I love practicing the art of noticing. I’ve realized beauty hides in plain sight even in the lives we pass by every day : )


Since I made this post back in Nov, I’ve actually doubled my cardio and added some evening walks here and there, plus a better diet too. Not completely clear yet but I’m starting to see small improvements : )
