Link Building What do you use for tier 3 backlinks?

So I have a site where i have a list of all tier 1 and tier 2 links. I was thinking of tossing some shite links at the tier 2s because I heard about some people doing that. But I'm not sure if this strategy even works anymore.

Any advice?

Sometimes, I look for people offering sample links and just toss those at it.

Doesn't seem to hurt anything but don't know if it helps anything.

Yes that might Work Sometimes .. but remember these tier 2, tier 3 links are less important, prioritize quantity over quality..

We use blog comments, web 2.0 for tier 2 & ,,3 links

These Tiered Link Building is a strategy to increase the value of your backlinks by building links to the sites that link to your site.

I guess, people still use tier links ..

I use GSA Search Engine Ranker with a good list. Having a good list will make it worth it for sure.

I didn't know GSA SER was still useful these days. I think I'll revisit that one later.
