There's a blank space before sexual but not services, which suggests there is a word before sexual here.

Any bets on what it could be? Maybe "best sexual services"? Are they keyword stuffing on the sides of buildings now?
 
Shopify is great for getting started, but if you want more variety, I’d go with WooCommerce all day. As for this advertisement… no comment 😂
