Personally I’ve never bought an NFT because the idea sounded a little odd. Like they say you own the image but it’s like saying you own a star for anyone who remembers that craze in the 2000s.

I don’t know maybe some people buy them to sell later? That makes sense to me!

Anyone ever bought an NFT though? How did it go and what did you do with it?

Yes.

Some NFTs that give cashbacks to some service purchases etc, or other similar benefits. Some Phygitals. Some art that I just like.
Also own a few collections that have profited me some low 6-figures.

Nope, but I'm excited to see application of this technology in video games, etc..

Same, but I'm afraid that's gone by now.

Would have loved a legitimate blockchain RPG that would've gone actually mainstream back when the NFT hype was biggest. Imagine OSRS or even EVE Online with NFTs for RWT.

Final Fantasy attempted to try it
but it was received so negative, they backpeddled

Imagine having a sword or a gun you can take between different games, even if they're just reskins it's cool

What if you wanted to have these cross studios and tradable?

No, I have never actually understood why someone would purchase this. With BTC, you can at least pay for something, and people actually see value in it. But with NFTs, I think a lot of people do not see any value in them, which is why the actual value of most NFTs is basically zero.

Already exists. Buy/Mint NFT —> get access to audio book —> sell the NFT.

The collections just are pretty shit due to licencing problems/fees. Mostly just old books (trademarks expired) or some really unknown small writers who are happy to sell licences to their books for a couple hundred USD.
