In my neighborhood every district has a few dozen of these. All filled with literature stocked by the community. They do not get vandalized or set on fire during New years Eve. ( unlike cars and Christmas trees)

Yes, Free Library is available, but very less number of people are available in the Library..
Say for example,
The Last, I went Library like 3 or 4 years before..
to Read Books..
But not getting self interest to read Books
..
Since dozens of Unread Books already in our Home .. My Dad & Brother are Good Readers.. they keep buy more books & Completes ...
But me, literally be like
