So... I didn't watch it before and assumed it was for some health benefit. I've seen lots of things where people try walking around on all fours (bear-crawling) because they think it's good for them.
Now that I've actually watched the video that was shared, apparently these people have a genetic condition that makes walking difficult for them, which resulted in them walking around on all fours.

They're walking like that because they can't walk up right.
The benefit is that they can walk "correctly" I guess when they're on all 4s.
