Windows Microsoft plans 100% native Windows 11 apps in major shift away from web wrappers

I sometimes hate that my only real choices for an operating system are Mac, Windows and Linux.

I still stick to windows but it’s so annoying that the newest version has so many new “features” that ruin what previously worked well with no discernible benefit. Why has the right-click function been changed to be so much worse and I have to click at the bottom of the menu to get to the old variant that is objectively better? I think about this every time I have to use 7zip to extract some files.

Honestly, this is a good call IMO. I really hated when they fell the web wrap hole a few years ago.
FFS it's you OS, can't you develop software for it?!?!

That's my dream OS. I'll use Windows for now but if there's ever a better Linux I'd switch to that in a heartbeat.
