Our team is currently finishing a new affiliate program targeting customers from Canada.
The website and project itself are fully legal in our home country BUT are including parsing of content from some bigger names.
Since its in our home country fully legal and we also got lawyers letters confirming it we fear a bit about the payment gateway provider since the parsed companies don't like to get parsed and very often inflate local civil cases and maybe also may send complaints to the payment gateway provider since this is the only vunerable point from us.

Any ideas or solution how we could protect the revenue generated from our future webmasters ?

The service itself is 100% legal .The only part which may cause trouble is the parsing part which is still in our home country fully legal.

Hi, your favourite tax-challenged person here 😂

@shattered world
You go to https://paddle.net/ and it's like 'I'm not sure why has Paddle charged me' and then you click around and it redirects you to this https://www.paddle.com/about/why-has-paddle-charged-me

'Am I being scammed?' Just come on 😂. THAT many complaints??? 😂

That's spot on why I recommended it. That Festigner fucker uses it and if he hasn't been banned from Paddle after all those complaints then they must be pretty damn lenient as a payment processor.

Perfect for grey hat and black hat.
