It’s nothing wrong with Slack just more micromanaging like they do with MS Teams.
Being your own boss usually means you have 30 bosses instead of just one lolmost of you are "your own boss"
Hold my beer... affiliate marketing... products... business to customer... reselling...Being your own boss usually means you have 30 bosses instead of just one lol

Yeah, not everything is an agency. But I agree, that's how it looks in an agency, exactly why I can't stand this crap.Hold my beer... affiliate marketing... products... business to customer... reselling...
Boss count ZERO.
If it's not an agency you usually need to offer customer service of some form, account managers, it's all basically the same.Yeah, not everything is an agency. But I agree, that's how it looks in an agency,
This is not how it's supposed to be. In most cases the client needs you a lot more than you need them. If you don't get the respect you deserve you can (and should) kick the client good bye.exactly why I can't stand this crap.
I keep saying I got broke, I'm lower class than I was, etc. I shouldn't be doing services in the first place. It's literally the other way around, people here start as working class and go up and I went broke and now I need to do some services by myself, wtf you don't understand, Jesus fuckin Christ. How much do you live in your own bubble, huh? You don't understand that for someone that was richer your life dreams are a catastrophe? This is the alternative I had to getting a job, which I personally don't want to get. Also in a way these are better clients from what I have available since they send couple k in one go, upfront, so 2-3 clients and I don't need an employer, any extra smaller ones that pay couple 100s and I either have a bonus or these smaller clients fill in what 1 missing medium sized client would pay. Since I get paid upfront I keep the money even if company goes bankrupt. I don't pay platform fees like people on Fiverr or Upwork since Facebook groups are free. I outsource some services to whitelabel agency, just not PPC. I work remotely so I was able to do the currency arbitrage thing by moving to cheaper country. What do you not understand, that I was in a better position before and now I'm poorer and I'm fuckin depressed and want to get rich? What's your fuckin problem? Maybe focus on yourself and ignore my posts or something. If it's not an agency you usually need to offer customer service of some form, account managers, it's all basically the same.

You're doing it long enough to be able to choose your clients.
I'm not sure what in the sentence "You're doing it long enough to be able to choose your clients." caused this meltdown, but from here it looks like you're stuck in your 'poor me' mentality and it's not on me to solve.I keep saying I got broke, I'm lower class than I was, etc. I shouldn't be doing services in the first place. Then why you reply at all and won't you use the ignore button on my account? I already ignored people in the past, the problem is ignore is one-way and then they still read my posts and engage with them, I just don't see their posts when logged in but weird discussions about me continue right in my threads. So what's the point of using the ignore button? That's why people leave, it's just easier to leave than to deal with corpo slaves gossip. Also you forgot to charge your clients 20k, I assume that's why your retention is good, you work for less money than you claim you do, don't be so fuckin full of yourself. I prefer to have a higher churn but get paid more. My clients do this too, they try to lower rates after a while and instead of agreeing I go on sales dms/calls with new ones instead and get paid more that I would if I stayed with previous ones. It's a choice, I prefer to have low client retention but bigger pay. You have retention but you forget to charge lol. What a 'businessman' lol. It's obvious you're getting these clients because you're good specialist (not denying that) and you undercharge. You have referrals from your previous 9 to 5. That's it. It's not a business, just independent specialist getting paid for his work without an employment contract. Nothing bad about it but it's completely different to what I'm interested in and I'm not looking to do what you are doing or to be your clone. Honestly you're very dumb imo, @SirTop got me more, he was like 'dump this, become a real estate agent', @RiskyStuff suggested me to be a car salespersonI'm not sure what in the sentence "You're doing it long enough to be able to choose your clients." caused this meltdown, but from here it looks like you're stuck in your 'poor me' mentality and it's not on me to solve.
I was where you're now and I'm not there anymore. Instead of asking for (or god forbid -follow) advice you were given 50 thousand times just on OO, you chose and keep choosing the self pity route that gets you nowhere.
You keep working with businesses that value you because you're cheap - you'll never step out of this bubble because it's a race to the bottom.
If you can't describe why your services are worth what you want to ask for them there's nothing anyone can you for you. It's just a mental barrier.
Not to mention that you live under the assumption that everyone here knows every single snippet of your life, and whoever dared you say that you can choose your own client lives in a bubble.
You drew a circle and put yourself in the center, not my problem.. I know very little about you, and the fact that you expect me to know your financials, where you live, what clients you work with, how much they pay, and whatnot only suggest that it's you who live in a bubble.
I know bits and pieces and can't remember most of what people said on forums. This is pretty normal, and the fact that you think people memorizes everything you ever said is insane IMO.
I suggest you use that ignore button, because clearly me saying 'you're good enough' got under your skin. I don't know why.

You don't understand shit. The concept of a middleman or sales is just above you.
I was so good for you all... Every time someone had a problem, I'd rush to check if they're ok and give moral support. But you always belittled me and wanted to bring me down to your level. Honestly I regret that I registered an account there and here. There's literally no point, I can go google/grok/chatgpt stuff because you won't tell me anything that isn't already there and you won't give 'human side' either (moral support, business connections even if paid) unless you count endless 'we hate bhw' gossip as human edge in the age of AI lol.
