Yeah, I get you, if I have a post moderated, I just don`t post again for a day. It is not that important, if they don`t like me fckèm .. their loss, there is a reason I am the second most liked member over there just under btb so the management is the problem, not the members.

Both forums have serious problems... Admins here do everything to not continue problems from the other side and succeeded at some things but it's not so simple.

That's why I made my own websites and Facebook. Fck it. :LOL: Forum on PHP ain't gonna cut it in 2026!
 
I mean business (learning or reselling from here) value of OO is well... 0. I spent like, a year here and uhm I advanced to @t2van telling me to network. Which I know I should do and I'd actually like some alternatives to both BHW and OO even for my own mental health (I need some actual business people in my network, not Fiverr types, it starts to be ridiculous). I know admins and mods try to remedy it, I like how they handled @t0mmy situation, by basically making it rule-compliant instead of removing the whole thing. But the community here... Dear god. @Zwielicht @Impulse you choosed a REALLY hard project, good luck, you're gonna need it. Like, there's so many things to fix it's crazy.

Indeed, they did what was right.. however sadly that's also causing a lot of the problems here with the bit I've bolded. If I owned this place I'd be nuking anyone that's causing me a constant headache, the suggestions forum wouldn't be the 2nd biggest subsection (followed by the saloon) of the forum that's for sure... too many chiefs (with shit head opinions) and not enough indians comes to mind.

Logging back out, I'm actually gonna be laying off here for a while for my own mental health, it's a cluster fuck. I only logged in when I seen this.

Successful people often suffer from amnesia about their past struggles. They think that just because they succeeded, the formula is universal, and anyone struggling is simply "doing it wrong."

Advice, especially when given from a "know-it-all" perspective, is like Chinese instructions for assembling furniture. It might be technically correct, but it doesn't fit your life at all and only increases your stress. Empathy, however, is when someone doesn't try to "fix" you like a broken toaster, but simply sits down and admits, "Man, this is really bad, I understand, been through it myself".

I find relief in simplest advice by someone who really knows me and understanding my true "self". Internet is not the best thing for it, but you can get some guidance here to find the right people in real life - and this is not done purely through networking with millionaires who post drunk etc.
