I can educate myself easily in Poland. No reason to do that though.

But there's a glitch. I got schizo diagnosed, so I can convince them to give me different exams type and special type of education.

I et he can speak fluent Indian since his time there, that must be worth something for foreigners that come to India for vacation as a guide or something.

Something seems a little bit sus about this:

How and why did he seem to have code-switched from what appears to be a crisp European accent at the start of the video to a stereotypical Indian one?

If he grew up in the slums, how does he look like he eats enough food to feed an entire food bank?

And where did he learn to even speak English at all? Correct me if i'm wrong but i'm pretty sure Indian slum dwellers can't speak English even to the bare minimum degrees of sufficency he demonstrates.

Any Indians wish to chime in?

He has been living in Norway for the last 15 years or so now.
