I assume you bought these accounts. Buying accounts for Instagram is no good as you have no way to verify how they were actually registered. Sellers tend to lie when it comes to their own quality and most of the accounts are "Autoreg", meaning they have been registered using some automated software. That for the most part always triggers Instagram Bot detection system and will most likely result in a ban. Not right away, but after you do some actions on the account (liking, following, commenting, posting, etc.) - So you should avoid buying accounts at all costs.

examples of fingerprinting are
Device info: Model, OS version, screen resolution, hardware specs.
Browser/device fingerprint: User-agent, fonts, language, time zone, canvas/WebGL data.
Cookies & local storage: Can persist data between sessions.
Login behaviour: Similar patterns in usage (e.g. app version, activity times, typing rhythm).

Depends a lot how you create it. I would suggest to factory reset the phone and create it whit a phone number and not an email. Use also mobile data, 3g, 4g doesn't matter, but use mobile data and disable the wifi. If you can delete your google account before creating the account even better. Google accounts/ google play active is a big footprint, they are looking at that as well.
It comes down a lot where you buy it and how where created. I am a high premium seller account, and I am creating it via real phones with real sims and a lot of hand work, but I do still have some mobile automation in place. I am hitting the right spots and they leave me alone. They change things every month, but I am on it and they don't care that much because I am doing mostly manually work and not crossing the limits.
