I've been building out CSV's of say Ireland broke down into towns and counties; I then started going through different countries using prompts and Google Sheets...

I just found this for creating CSV files ready to import using WP All Import.

I've definitely learned over the years that if I want to start building some sort of database, the best option is to spend 10 minutes or so of research just to check that it isn't already available :)
