So, just for fun I checked my first post on my account at the other forum and found out that I had posts since August 2008 there, the funny shit is that my account is dated as April 2009 as join date, contacted support and they said I must gotten the wrong join date when they converted the forum from vbulletin to xenforo back in the days, so I asked if they could change my join date to atleast my first post date .. hmm .. Na, they don`t do that was the answer ??????????

It would have taken 2 minutes to change the fckn database value, seems like they don`t value their paying members there, hmm.

Hope that will never happen here for anyone, I guess Z would have engaged a bit different in that matter.

August 29, 2008 was your first post there.

If you can find a thread you posted in prior to 2017 that was also saved to web.archive.org around those years, you might be able to find your original account age.

I'll be honest, I was pretty useless on their support desk. I didn't really handle tickets there often toward the end as it "wasn't my department to work in", but as an agent, there's not a lot you can do as all agents are required to follow the instructions of the support desk manager

I'm not sure who handled your ticket, but they usually escalate those unique matters to the support desk manager and were very likely told that it's not a thing that's done for members. As far as I'm aware, the support desk manager does not have access to the database, so the ticket would've then been escalated to the CTO, and he's not going to do something like that.

If such a problem occurred here, I would want to fix it, especially since it's an inconsistency on the account and an obvious error.

Yeah, I really lost my faith in how that forum is runned so I wont push it any further, but as an Executive and paying member that have contributed a lot to the community there you should think they would handle it a bit different though.

Yeah, I thought the Same..

But, they don't see or even think Executive or Jr.Exec .. All common for them. That's not Good..

Remember, what happened to Legendary Administrators Z, Apricot, Impulse..

Too big too fail huh?

I don't know if they observed that the highly engaged members dropped in the last few weeks.

I saw it before I've been invited to this forum, and wondered where you guys at?

Well, their loss, I expext to be more and more just a marketplace than a forum
