    once going heavy, change from listing to a renowned, featured, promoted, listing user role post type custom field

    Yes, a green tick behind the company name is psychologically building trust. So (company-code) ✔️"tick" in the field code should easy fix that trust - even if they never verified anything more than just the email in the listing you could write that your listings is verified.
