    You can tune those websites to serve you.
    How? I am learning it.
    You can't just browse TT, YT, IG out of habit, these are really big websites, you can literally lose or win there.

    IG is for sexy and playful vids + photos.
    TT is for stupidity.
    FB is for messaging, local stuff and trading goods.
    Reddit is for niche communities and brutal honesty.

    Heard plenty of crazy stories of people in their 20s.
    30s might be even crazier.
