Is there a limit of how many threads you cans schedule? ( what stops someone from scheduling 100 threads the exact same minute)

Why would I need something to schedule here ? If it were for marketplace thread yes, perhaps but there is a human that verifies threads so not needed.

Its free basically Primary school parents pay like 50 EURO contribution Secondary school is also free with also a contribution for extra school outings etc. College/Uni is depending on what your are going to study but mostly 1000 EUR per year + school books etc.
