Okay, so what I did was lighten the unread thread titles a bit. From my view, this gives a lot more distinction without it being a major change to the colour. I compared a before and after side by side, and it seems distinct enough to me. What do you think?

I was able to verify it in the end as a sole trader. But in regards to having a business, my EIN not being able to verified was peculiar as I've not had that issue before. The business document they requested was likely something a corporation would have, which is not the structure of my business.

That colour should work out nicely. I’ll give it a go myself when I’m back at my PC. Edit: This was a little too matrix green, in my opinion. However, we might be on the track with adjusting the colour slightly.

I think one way of approaching it is to add a font color line to this section of code. So something a little darker just to help differentiate it more, like this: .is-unread .structItem-title { font-weight: 700; color: #3dcc77; } I haven't tested it yet, but I think it should work.
