I'm sorry, I didn't mean to worry you. I've been able to sleep better during the day. This is how I used to sleep and it feels a lot more natural to me, although I had to switch to PST a couple of years ago because it was suddenly required for the last job. It messed up my sleep schedule badly.

I sleep during the day, so where's the 0 option? ;) If I had to say how long I sleep each day though... I've struggling with sleeping since March, so it really varies. It's been anywhere from 3-5 hours on average, although that's not really all at once.

I think we can all agree that there are a few things that should result in an instant ban. Making the distinction of doing it on purpose is important I added that in as rule 2.7. It'll also be mentioned in the Downloads section rules.
