So, the idea is to allow users (mostly newbies) to have threads reviewed by a mod before turning them public if the OP is not sure about rule breaking.
This would allow them to avoid receiving notices and points if they think they might break the rules by posting something that is in a gray area...

Yes, but one of the mods was called out for having the US flag and also changed it. At some point the rules started changing faster than I could follow so I just stopped reporting.
I reported both flags by the way..
I'd give it a shot and have my CPA do the same report to see what they missed.
Even if I don't submit the AI report, the differences between the reports are a good opportunity to "audit" my CPA.
