    How do you that 24/7, when you have a deviated septum? Don't get me wrong, I am doing breath techniques, several times a day for anxiety reduction, but there is a physical challenge for my nose. At least tbe left side. And this is not intrusive as well, altho I am ready to do a surgery later...

    I take some caffeine pills 1h before waking up, helps a lot with mental state groginess after I wake up amd I like they're slowly released in the body, no jitters attached to it.
