I find my competitors annoying. I feel like I do everything to make it clear my shop is a genuine one and then some spammers come in, copy and paste each other, and they get more sales than me!

I've had this happen to me before but not really like this. I had a competitor email me and start saying some really crazy things. He said what I sell isn't very good compared to his goods and that if I don't take my shop down he will find me and take down himself? Uhhh okay it's an online...
