Now that the year’s wrapping up, I figured it’d be nice to look back a bit.
What went well for you in 2025? What didn’t? Could be big stuff, small wins, goals you crushed, or things that just never clicked.
What are you taking with you into next year, and what are you leaving behind?

I'll start:

Good:
  1. Spent time with my friends.
  2. Discovered some new marketing routes that I want to focus on in the future.
  3. Took some great trips that I’ll remember for a long time.

Bad:
  1. Focus. I tend to procrastinate very quickly. I need to figure out a solution for this.
  2. Overcomplicating things. I need to take it one step at a time.
  3. Giving up too easily. Good things take time.
  4. Moving on from things that hurt me in the past.

Now it's your turn. Post your 2025 Reflections. Curious to see what went well for you and what didn't.

This year as we start to wind down retail has recovered we are up 15.48% compared to last year which sounds good however when you compare that to last year which was on our our worst years to date and we finished up 6.66% it's not good.

Retail has been another tough year this year.

I know some of the issues and we are fixing them moving into '26. Our retail growth has been stagnate we normally focus on a 20-30% growth rate but its eased off. I know exactly why.

Our trade and corporate side is up WAY up which helps keeps the lights on and covers all our bills. So I'm pleased with that.

The marketing push I shared with Sapphire (I think or was Plat members) has paid off we have 2 new clients starting in January all wanting 55,000 and 125,000 units before the end of Feb so I'm very pleased on that (at 6.14 each and 11.89 each so a very good start and pay day moving into the new year)

We are leaving '25 with a new brand launch and expanding into a new marketplace place which is exciting I hope its going to close some of the gap of the "lull" during the summer months, but thats OK if it does not next year.

Found this year to be challenging and tricky really. It's been enjoyable but there are other things I could do and change which I don't really want to share on here without writing a massive essay and giving away exactly what my company is (some of you know and thats OK - I'm just anti forum sharing)

We had a big delay this year with another brand launch but we have both containers here now so that's a new thing to try and work into the fold for next year.

There's lots of changes and developments coming and a big investment in staff and resources is required for moving forward I'm not totally sure how that will go about but its needed.

Personally

I've had a few medial set backs this year, but I'm OK.

Next year I plan on hitting the gym more, focus more on stretching, flexibility and targeted zones for strength and improvements and cut back on the lifting ALOT. I'll also be cutting down most of my social life as well, felt on times its just gotten in the way and in regards to personal reflection.

I don't really think I'm getting anything out of it, so its a connection I'm going to slowly break off and put my energy into something else.

One tip from me: Those Yoga for beginners videos on YouTube really aren't meant for beginners :D

I am also giving this stretching thing a go.

Yeah I'm getting a personal yoga trainer or whatever they want to be called to come to my home gym - can't find the time to get to an actual location other wise.

Yeah I'm flexible enough I think from my martial art days, but some of the stretches I been given recently to sort my back out have been brilliant. So I'm keen to keep developing that.

Brother, I'm not going into a church because my hamstrings aren't flexible enough 😭😆

First of all, I am not a sister :D

I also don't care about churches (or yoga) that much.

Last time I visited a church, it was a court-issued order.
I see my mistake I thought you a woman.Okay
