I've got a Bing Ads account I got from a marketplace review I did last year.
I've never used it, so it's free to go whoever claims it first.
Here are the (re-written) instructions I was sent on how to get the account:
Again, I have no idea if this is still any good, but I'm giving it away anyway. At the very least, you'll get a free Outlook e-mail.

- Use the login credentials in the notepad attached to this post.
- Check the "junk box" of the e-mail account; you will see an account invitation email sent by Microsoft Ads.3, Click "Accept invitation" , you will be directed to activate the Bing Ads account.
- Change the password after you get the account.
