Office Outlaw has a messaging system that's been enhanced by an add-on called Conversation Essentials. This add-on vastly improves Xenforo's default messaging system.

However, we have this site guide to explain what you can expect at each usergroup level since the settings we have on Office Outlaw are unique.

All Members
All members of Office Outlaw have the following benefits when using the direct messaging system.

• Access to the direct messaging system
• Ability to start DMs
• Ability to organise DMs with labels (these are like folders)
• Ability to sticky DMs.
• Ability to star DMs
• Ability to leave DMs
• Ability to unwatch or mute DMs
• Maximum number of conversations: 200
• Maximum DM recipients: 3
• Time limit to edit your DMs: 1 minute

Sapphire Status & Founding Members
Sapphire Status & Founding Members can enjoy a wider range of benefits.

In addition to having all of the abilities that any other member has, these members also have the following:

• Maximum number of conversations: 2000
• Maximum DM recipients: 10
• Time limit to edit your DMs: 5 minute
• Ability to kick participants from conversations they started.
• Ability to rejoin deleted conversations.
• Ability to create participant groups.
• Ability to create auto-response messages.
• Ability to create conversation rules, which allow you to auto-assign conversations to a label.
