So, I have this client that I really like. He's a client of my agency for longer than I can remember and recently we started using AI for some of his ads and loved it.

Now, he wants an AI-made landing page, which is cool in concept, but all the ones I saw so far are 'meh' at best and they all have the same weird 'AI vibe'.

I'm not against it, but comparing to my developer that will likely take $150 for that page on Elementor, I really struggle to not just let her do it.

My main concerns are:
1. Tracking and code snippet placement
2. Webhook support (probably require specific servecapabilities?)
3. Compatability with Wordpress (our current CMS - we can use a subdomain but it's not a very scalable solution).

Any ideas? Experience? I'd appreciate any advice.

Agentic AI plus bullying AI may help, but it's not worth it because $150 is something you can burn in credits when you create it using AI.

There are tools to first create design with AI, then translate it to code.

I don't know which ones. Yo.

I don't use AI to do sites. It kills my... art! I use it for text and video generation.

Why not simply use it for help? Why outsource everything to AI? The client is not aware that it's assistant and not full stack automation?

You mean programatic seo?

Or do you mean "AI made" as in "design and deployed" ?

Not really his job to know what and when. I'm happy to help a client with his shenanigans

AI made LP, specifically for paid ads.

I'm as far as one can be from an SEO expert as one can be..

Seems like you're far from doing things with AI. Probably even further than from SEO. This is frightening. :ROFLMAO:

Control that b**ch. Tell her (AI) to do it slowly and passionately, in small steps. But for what! I don't get it.

If it was to save some real amount of money, that would make sense. Otherwise, too little step to use AI for me.

I've not done anything with that really. I seen I think figma as a tool that does pages but I'm not sure not used it so can't really recommend.

Id probably create a template with the code you want in place and then try and get Claude to create variations of that page with different layout or content.

This not my area so ill tap out here

Yessss, so relatable, literally made this in v0 for myself and I have mixed feelings 😬. I get that maybe it's faster for more complicated apps to make them with it instead of you know, getting a software house to code them 😂 but funnels... Idkkk. I mean it ended up ok, *I guess* 😬. Not sure. Kinda stuck with ad creatives now, didn't get to setting up tracking yet, kinda concerned about that too. I have landing page and upsells, etc, 5 pages total, need to track it somehow now, true. Idk, not sure if it's better than just making lander as usual.

Why not ask your developer to configure and use AI? This is another weird thing...

AI assistant or agent isn't different from human. If you tell it to take care of that, it will take care of that.

Because obviously the client wants to test replacing the dev with AI. Having the dev do that would be like hitting no birds with 2 stones.

My mind gets on a trip when I read what client-agency work looks like.

Why those people can't just prefer humans? What is this AI replacement mindset. I think they read too much news and it creates massive self fulfilling prophecy where people start to replace humans with AI because they believe it's the future.

They just want to follow trends. For me that was passion killer, absolutely limited creativity.

You're looking at a test the wrong way. If we can try going all in on AI for one LP, we can see where it shines and where it still needs human hand-holding.

Even if it's not what the client originally went for - it's what's gonna happen regardless. Same as with AI content, copy/creative, ad scripts and whatnot.

If you can't help stop replying instead of moaning about AI and human creativity.

That's not what this thread is about.

You could have framed it that way in first post. Thanks. :ROFLMAO: ☺️ Have a good day.

Why would I need to frame anything in the OP? I was asking a technical question.

Yeahhh, I used to think like @roydan and you know, deep down I still hope this is the case and uh, maybe the bubble needs to burst so things will stabilize a little and people will integrate this new technology in useful and constructive ways.

But fuck, I got replaced by AI so much already that I'm starting to get nervous 😭. Like, clients will probably come back again after trying AI out and not getting exactly what they thought they will, like they did before. But uh, I need to do something during this time and realistically if *I* get a functional business without them then why freelance for them when they come back? They don't think about it. It's like these corporations firing employees and then re-hiring again, fuck, these people should mass demand a raise.

What AI tools do you use?

Nobody asked that question.

Is it agentic AI or assistant or just chat gpt?

Designing and coding is very complex... for AI. It's more complex than solving some math equations...

I think maybe Claude Code is okay. I used that, but only for static pages.

I use AI to try and improve my efficiency and deliverables. Not sure how similar our roles are or what we do, but PPC is still very human now..
