AI tool/agent with projects options

Is there anything similar to GPT out there that allows you to add notes, projects and so on the AI can refer to?

I like to give mine specific information before I have it create content and so on.

We are really struggling with GPT at the moment it's slow, lazy and just well stupid. So it's time to move on to another one. I just need the ability to create multiple projects and add specific resources for each product it can refer back to before answering so we only train the thing once.

Anyone suggest anything?

I've just done a bit of a deep dive seems they all offer a "projects" option now, last time I used another tool the project feature was new or limited to GPT only so nice to see things progress. I guess we will train one or two up and see what works for us

Yeah it's becoming a more common feature. Didn't know they all offer that feature now but knew of Perplexity so I suggested it.

Ok we are giving Gemini a go. For anyone wanting to know projects is called "gems" here so you need to craft a gem and then add in all the instructions and files into it.

So far it's working as it should.

Only thing gemini doesn't seem to be able to do (unless I'm missing the trick) is to take text from an image and format that into a table
