Any CRM recommendations for marketing agencies?

I had something custom built but didn't use it because it sucked and now I'm looking for something that is either built for agencies or something with a template I can change or make adjustments to?

I'm using Monday these days to create lead management boards and dashboards for clients, but never tried their CRM myself.

Anyone tried that for clients with a retainer? I need several different currencies, task reminders, automated task creations, invoices or revenue boards per month, lead management, etc.. the usuals.

We just went over the numbers and turns out I forgot to send invoices for about $20K in 2025 and I have nothing but disorganization to blame.

I just use Google Calendar for payment reminders, although they don't always arrive to my customers (not sure how to fix that when they don't have a calendar, maybe there are some N8N automations for that?). Probably I'd also use Google Sheets and Forms if I had more customers, was looking into it, there are people on Facebook selling these automations custom made for each company. I'm basically into using default tools when possible eh. If you like Monday perhaps their CRM is worth a try, never used that.

You can have payments,calander like 20 to 50 different things working of the CRM

Go High Level? They are pushed so aggressively by affiliates that I honestly think I'll never try it.
