Asking because the last time I did my own research on Yoga channels, it didn't end well...

Channels that host perhaps a progressive style of videos would be nice.

Thanks

What are you looking for specifically in a meditation video? Do you want something you can follow along with? Do you mind if the person you're following along with is talking? Are you just looking for music?

If it's just music, I actually recommend downloading a video of sounds you find relaxing and playing it on your TV. This way, you don't have to deal with ads because those completely ruin the experience.

"Now, you're going to want to hold this for five more seconds... four... three... t--- HERE AT MATHIS HOME WE NOW HAVE ASALE ON OUR WINTER STOCK! GET THIS DEAL WHILE SUPPLIES LASTS!"

I was more interested in the progressive part of the whole experience.

Educational + teachings... content like that. How could one improve etc.

But thanks for reminding me that I have to renew my YouTube Premium. I don't want to hear in the middle of the night WE BUILT A BUDGETING APP - YOU CAN DO IT TOO

Those Base44 ads are killing me lol.

In that case, try StretchandTrain. She does yoga videos and she started as an adult with her training, so her advice is pretty good for other adults. Also, she's not annoying, which is always a plus.

To add another channel suggestion, I find this one is good for advice in improving in specific yoga poses or stretches. Her shorts videos have a lot of advice that isn’t just “you need to stretch more”, so if there is a yoga pose or type of stretch you can’t do, she’ll address what might be lacking - sometimes it’s an issue with strength or the nervous system.
