When the first released the M1 chip I decided to not upgrade because it only supported one additional screen and I was always a three screens guy.
It was also ugly as fuck.
Stayed with the Intel chip to this day, still performs really well IMO.

I am not really an Apple person. I mostly use HP and Dell laptops, along with an Android phone. Apple definitely has a certain aura around its products, but for me, performance matters more.

I have heard there are quite a few limitations with macOS and the biggest downside, especially as an ex-gamer, is that you can’t play every game on a Mac. That’s a dealbreaker for me.

I have no idea on gaming other than OSRS, which works on Mac.

I myself work with both PC and Mac, trying to play to the strengths of each. It usually blows up in my face but from what I noticed over the last years, Mac is more stable, PC is (potentially) stronger.
I hate Excel on Mac. It's so stupid. I would've loved to have it run properly but they had to dumb it down to the Apple fellas I guess.
