1.81% conversion rate is surprising! I think it shows most people dont want or more importantly don't need it yet or understand that they want / need it.

Possible a marketing issue really bolting something on for a quick buck... But this shows the problem with trying to make it profitable (AI) when your average Joe has no idea what it is...

The COPILOT() excel function alone is worth more than that, but they should've integrated the day-to-day AI mode into Windows rather than to Office. Most users use AI throughout the day rather than just to write.
