This section under Members -> https://officeoutlaw.com/members/?key=todays_birthdays

Shows Birthdates, the same date on what the users inputted as when signing up to the forum.
I believe it would be more engaging and beneficial if we used Registered Date instead for the following reasons
- Privacy Protection (i know you can disable it but some people most likely put in a fake birthday anyways) which brings onto next point
- Actual birthdays can be used maliciously, some members may have forgotten (or straight up dont know) how to turn it off
- Encourages Engagement -> recognizing and highlighting anniversaries (like work anniversaries) for reaching x mileage.
- It's a neutral stance. Since, registered date is standard across the board whereas some users may (or may not) want to share their birthdays so data is always skewed.
