Did you season it? It looks bland, but I'm proud of you for finding the stove.

If you'll lower the heat a bit next time you'll get a more consistent temperature without it burning outside and remaining raw on the inside.

Yes I used a little salt and pepper and chili flakes.

Used a big bowl and mixed with my hands.

Flatten to a somewhat pattie shape using another plate.

@roydan is right - you want to cook it for slightly longer at a lower heat so that it's cooked more evenly.

Also, if you are going for burger patties, I recommend flattening them a bit more than you'd like before grilling. They puff up when they get cooked.

My little sis doesn't know about my raw meat fiasco or I don't think she knows.
