Is there a need for the "add bookmark" button on this page: https://officeoutlaw.com/whats-new/threads/ ?
I don't really see the purpose of it, since it is already part of the top menu.

To be blunt and honest
I have never used Bookmarks before here or on any forum.
I always used the "real" bookmarks on the browser instead. Though the forum bookmarks are probably better in case of URL changes and such.

Yeah, that doesn't need to be there. We'll look at removing it.

Admittedly, the inconsistency in what buttons appear at the top of the page for the Whats New sections is a little irritating. I'll see if we can fix that too.

Yeah I agree.
On another forum there's a bookmark button on the homepage. When I suggested they remove it, they asked-ignored-locked my suggestion so to this day, you can bookmark their homepage.

Question Answered, Thread Closed :devilish:

OK, there is no more bookmark button in the new threads page.

I think the worst part about that is that it's actually really easy to remove. You literally just have to add a few lines of code to the page node.

Nice work!

That's kind of sad. :(

The saddest part is that someone on the XenForo team was *paid* to put a bookmark button on the homepage and what's new pages.

Why oh why??
