Data Analysis Do you analyze data manually or do you use software? Both?

Saw we had a new category for data analysis and wanted to kick off the discussion on this.

Myself? I analyze data manually for the most part as I don't want to feed my data I've collected into any software. Maybe I've got trust issues haha.

If you use software to analyse data, what software do you use and for what kind of data? I'm talking customer data specifically for consumer profiles.

I use software but if you're worried about software stealing your data then look into setting something up that's offline. If you're extra paranoid then have a computer that's not connected to the internet and upload the data via a USB drive or something.
